Our luxury interior design studio
Established in 2018, the award-winning, luxury interior design studio was founded by Interior Designers Emily Steen and Danielle Marsh. After working in the interior design and property development industry for over 18 years combined, Emily and Danielle have the knowledge, passion, and creativity to not only run Wells and Maguire but to design beautiful projects, focusing meticulously on the client’s needs.
Emily and Danielle both graduated university with BA (Hons) Interior Design and Interior Architecture, going on to start their careers in the luxury interior design industry. The Wells and Maguire studios are split between South Wales and Surrey, giving us the scope to work all over the UK.
Since starting the company in 2018, our interior design studio has gone on to not only win awards for excellence in Interior Design and Business Start-up but to work in the most prestigious postcodes across London and the UK. Creating beautiful schemes for private clients and developers.
Wells and Maguire have an amiable and personable team who are always on hand to help with the client’s requests. Inspired, resourceful and above all dynamic, the design studio will always go above and beyond to capture every aspect of the brief and ensure the design is carried through methodically from concept through to completion.

START YOUR JOURNEY
After making your initial enquiry a virtual meeting will be organised with Emily and Danielle to discuss your brief and project requirements.
Any plans or inspiration you have can be shared with us at this time.
FEE
Proposal
Following our virtual meeting we will create a tailored fee proposal which outlines how Wells and Maguire will be supporting you on your project.
This includes an itemized breakdown of all the deliverables we will be providing you.
The Excitement Continues
Upon acceptance of the fee proposal the design process now begins. We will refine the brief, visit site and start gathering ideas.
Concept designs will be issued which will start to build the overall design intent for your project. This includes: design direction, layout plans and suggestions and outline elevations.
Detailed
Design
Following feedback we will move forward to the detailed design stage. This includes: joinery drawings, furniture designs, bathroom and kitchen designs.
A full samples presentation will be arranged with Emily and Danielle to review the full design package and capture any changes or adjustments.
DESIGN
SIGNOFF
After making your initial enquiry a virtual meeting will be organised with Emily and Danielle to discuss your brief and project requirements.

INSTALLATION ANDHANDOVER
At the final stage of the project both Emily and Danielle will be on site to oversee the installation of any furniture, lighting and bespoke joinery.
We get right into the final details of placing accessories, dressing beds and hanging artwork before we hand your completed Wells and Maguire project over to you.
